Maria Stadnik Landscape painter, painter, graphic artist. In the focus of interests is the theme of memory and nostalgia. I like to depict spaces devoid of people. Rural and industrial buildings become the main characters of the paintings. My goal is to capture and convey to the viewer the outgoing nature, the beauty of proportions, the plasticity of simple geometric shapes. Since January 2022 I have been taking courses in the laboratory of Alexander Brodsky «Architecture through etching». From 2014 to 2020, studied at the Moscow State Stroganov Academy of Design and Applied Arts at Department «The Art of Graphics». Graduated in 2020 with a red diploma, received the gold medal of the Academy of Arts for the best thesis.
